| Development Strategy Institute (DSI)
of Northern Jiaotong University relies
on the corporation management doctor and
master station; focuses on the theory
and practice of corporation strategic
management.
DSI
offers consulting service and strategic
research from microscopic to macroscopic
layer; mainly researches on corporation
strategy, innovation, industry strategy,
human resource management, project management,
etc.
Members
of DSI are young and capable doctors and
professors. DSI has finished projects
as following: national science and technology
key project, national soft scientific
research plan project, the planned project
of science and technology of Railway Ministry,
entrustment project of Chinese Academy
of Sciences, and logistic development
plan of Shijiazhuang, as well as strategies
of Qilu Software Garden, Chuangwei Domestic
Electric Group, Huolinhe Coal Group, Xiaoya
